Before booking a photoshoot, please review the terms and privacy policy outlined below.

— No prepayment is required for booking a shooting date if the shoot takes place within Tallinn. Booking for shoots outside Tallinn is done after a prepayment of 30% of the photoshoot's cost.

— If you are late for the photoshoot, the end time of the shoot remains the same due to the photographer's tight schedule.

— Locations and shoot details are discussed only after booking.

— The number of people allowed in the photo studio during the shoot is agreed upon in advance.

— The photo studio should be vacated 5-7 minutes before the end of the rented time to clean up, restore props and prepare the studio for the next client.

— The cost of the shoot does not include the rental of premises. The photo studio is booked and paid for separately and independently by the client.

— Payment for each shoot must be made right after we finish shooting.

— When booking a photoshoot outside of Tallinn, a transportation fee is added. Ask about this before booking a shoot.

— Before booking, make sure that the photographer's style align with your preferences. 

— The selection of photographs for full retouching is made by the photographer. 

— The cost of the photoshoot includes only processed photographs in JPEG format.

— The original RAW format photos remain with the photographer as they are the raw material and are deleted after the delivery of the final photos.

— The client receives access to a personal online gallery with the finished photos, which is password-protected. The photos can be downloaded within one month.

— All finished photographs are stored by the photographer on a hard drive for six months in case the client loses access to the downloaded photos.

— The photographer has the right to use the taken photographs in their portfolio, advertisements, etc. If you do not wish this, please indicate during the photoshoot booking that you desire a confidential session. If you need to withhold the use of the photographs until a specific event, it is also necessary to inform the photographer in advance.
